You are your driving force

Afraid to let the walls down
Guard down
While my heart I continue to implore
I'm not what you're used to
I'm what you deserve and more

Let it Go

Heartache is often the hardest thing to overcome.
Whether it is the loss of a loved one, an end of a relationship, a world-changing diagnosis we've experienced it in some form or another.Moving on seems so hard, sometimes damn near impossible but if we don't move on we'll never fully appreciate the good things, the little blessings.
Thank God for small mercies

Yeah she broke your heart; yeah he screwed your sister but karma is a thick bitch with a long dick. LET IT GO.
No one says you'll immediately be able to shake it off but take steps to get there.
Try not to dwell on the negative, keeping busy always helps. But still allow yourself time to grieve so that the healing can begin.

The human spirit is a marvelous thing, throughout history different groups  have been tortured, punished, and some almost wiped out. But through faith and resilience they have survived.
Blacks were slaves.
Jews were being put to death for nothing other than their birthright.
Our problems should seem pale in comparison to those of people over the course of history, but the simple fact is that nothing matters/should matter to you more than yourself.
Your heart literally feels like its aching. You're losing sleep, your appetite has changed dramatically, you've contemplated ways/a means to dull the pain.
Disillusionment is never a good avenue to take.
Work through the pain. Baby steps can lead to great strides, you are more than worth it.

Who knows one day your story may be the exact thing that fills another human being with hope, strength, the courage to continue on.
Cry now, yes the tears will fall, but know the laughter is coming later
